    In this case a picture tells a thousand words. Insight activated in the License Activation Tool, starting Insight gives a Fatal Error 30000:

    Any thoughts? Mac Pro 5.1, Sierra 10.12.6.

    Hi dshannon,

    Please try the follow in order to fix the problem with your license:

    1. Select the product in the SGO Activation tool.

    2. Click on Deactivate Feature.

    3. Reboot the system.

    4. Get the original activation code and install it again. (Find it in the shop order).

    5. Reboot again.

    6. Launch the application again.
