    Hi guys,

    We know many of you are suffering problems with the activation of Mistika VR. We have detected that many antivirus consider our License Server as a threat. It is of course a false positive, but because they remove or lock the License Server, the activation fails.

    So, for now, simple solution: disable the antivirus during the installation and activation process. Once is activated (run Mistika VR to check), you can enable again the antivirus.

    This must be done with the updates as well.

    Hi all,

    If you are in Mac OSX system, please follow the next steps to configure the System in order to allow to the License Server the connection with Local Host:

     

    1. If you get this message running Mistika VR please, click on Allow. You can do this action every time you launch the application or you can configure it as I explain in the next steps in order to have the License Server always working properly.

     

    2. Go to System Preferences/Security&Privacy/Firewall/FirewallOptions. You will see a windows like the follow:

     

    3. Click on Allow incoming connections as the follow:

     

    After this process please type in a Terminal the next command line for running the License Server:

    /Applications/MistikaVR.app/Contents/MacOS/sgoLicenseServer &

    This fix is just for the current version. We will fix the problem in a new version asap.

    win10 64。错误600

    1.关闭了安全软件和防火墙。

    2.已注册邮箱和密码我已经填写,但无法正确注册卸载第一次卸载可以正常打开,第二个错误600.

    3.我让香港朋友购买的软件,在中国使用,不会是ip错误.

    4只安装在电脑上

    Hi Pete,

    If you launch SGO Activation tool and you can see a warning (red led) in the License Server, the fix is run the server manually:

    • Windows: C:/Program Files/ SGO/VR/bin/sgoLicenServer.exe
    • MAC: /Applications/MistikaVR.app/Contents/MacOS/sgoLicenseServer &
