What product are you using? Mistika Insight, VR…? What’s the plugin do you want to use?
We do not have that preset yet but if you send us a sample of the media we will create & include it in the next coming version. If you desire, send a camera test to firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course, you do not have to wait for the next version.
All the best,
Please open a support ticket with this problem. An agent will help you to solve it. http://support.sgo.es/helpdesk/tickets
It is possible the new activation code has not been activated yet. Please, find it in the shop order in your mail. In order to activate it, you need to use the activation tool. Here you have some information about how to do it: License activation on Windows & Mac – Standard Procedure, Problems & Solutions

All the best,
I have never tried to stabilize a timelapse in Mistika VR, I do not have enough experience on that, I am sorry. I could try to help finding a solution if you send me the sequence to email@example.com. In any of the cases, we can check if the wrong stabilization is because is not steady in the shooting or is an operational issue. Also, I invite you to join the Mistika VR group on Facebook and ask for a solution there.
You can check this Quick Guide for further information about Mistika VR tools.
Hope it helps,
I am sorry but I am afraid Mistika VR cannot do it, but Mistika Ultima (the big brother). That is a very nice new feature request for future versions. If you own a Mistika license, you will have the opportunity of asking this feature and other things in the survey we send with every single Release version. I am sure the developers will listen to all the suggestions 🙂

It seems you have to rotate every single camera in order to get the preset working properly. You can do that by Input camera controls, probably modifying the Roll to 180. If you desire, we can create a preset for your shot. Just send a frame in sync with every single camera to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make reference to this post.

And it is only now, as I say this, that I realize that H264 codec is for 4K max. Try changing the resolution of the project.

Can you share a snapshot with the Nvidia codec options you see? You should see H264 too. With regards to the Insta360Pro calibration, you could see this new tool in the next coming beta 8.8.7. We plan to post it at the end of this week or at the beginning of the next week. Stay tuned 🙂
A user of Mistika VR Facebook group has tested this same thing with http://store.rvlvrlabs.com/product/drift-smart-vr-monitor
Not sure it will work with other brands, but please if you test it, share with the Forums your experience. It will be much appreciated.
The problem you are experiencing sounds weird. I would like to see it if you have time for sending the media to email@example.com. Which rig is? Maybe I already have some footage for testing this but it could be related to a corrupted project, so maybe if you create a new one the problem will be solved. Just give me the opportunity of taking a look in case my suggestion does not work.
Edit project settings are able to be changed before opening a project/sequence.
