Put it to work: how to use this template
- Configure the Folder node with the path of the directory containing your mixed media. Set the extensions you want to classify in the Classify by Extension node, add or remove formats to match what your pipeline actually receives.
- Configure each Copy node with its destination, one per extension. By default, .mov, .mxf, and .r3d each route to their own folder, but you can add more Copy nodes if you add more extensions.
Run the workflow. Every file dropped into the source folder is classified and copied to the right destination automatically, no more manually sorting a mixed delivery by hand.
