XAVC 4K Transcoder
XAVC is Sony's broadcast and production codec of choice, and getting the color metadata right is what separates a deliverable that plays correctly from one that doesn't. This template transforms your source to the target color space, tags the output with the correct color metadata, and renders to XAVC 4K CBG 100, a deliverable that's not just encoded correctly, but flagged correctly too.

Put it to work: how to use this template
- Configure the Unicolor node with your source color space and the target color space required for delivery.
- The Tag Color Space node is preconfigured to match the Unicolor output, verify it matches if you change the target color space.
- Set your output path in the XAVC node, preconfigured for 4K CBG 100.
- Once everything is set, drag any media file or folder onto the File Dropper and run the workflow. Each clip is color-transformed, correctly tagged, and rendered to XAVC — ready for delivery with metadata that actually matches the picture.
